| Once read a research, saying, "a habit developed in 45 days". That's roughly 1.5 month.
When we keep on doing something everyday, for more than 1.5 months, it becomes our habit.
Don't believe it? Try it.
When I wake up every morning, I made a phone call. This has become part of my life since last June.
It's just so happy.

| I asked a friend today: "I heard your side has been firing these few weeks, affecting your team too?"
ans: "Yea, been firing today and yesterday. Super intense. WE WERE ALL SITTING IN OUR SEAT THIS MORNING WAITING FOR THE DREADED CALL / TAP ON THE SHOULDER..."
This is the industry called Investment Banking. I can feel the feel of hopeless behind the words. How fearful it is, to see someone you work with going one by one? How disturbing it is, who someone walking around and around, taking one after another away from your side? How it feels in the morning, when you are uncertain of what will happen to you?
The is called fear.
Remember a few weeks ago some rumour spreading out saying a bloody day would occur a few Friday before. How happy we were when at day end, nothing happened. We spent the whole night to celebrate.
But back to reality. It will happen. The glory are with you, and also the curse. Just live with it.

| Recently, some friends around changed their status.
For those who have explore around and found the one you would want to know more about, I feel happy for you. You will find out more about who you are, and learn more about being considerate;
For those who have spent time working out with your partner, and have decided that you 2 should move on to the next stage of life, I sincerely congratulate you;
For those who have tried to work out a relationship but failed at the moment, DO NOT GIVE UP. There's much more in life to explore. Give yourself some time to recover. Look inside yourself, and take a deep breathe. Then look around you. There are many who are around supporting you. You can do it.

| Experience shape people. Time pass, and we grew older, and wiser. We aviod our past mistake, and we moved on. I was asked a question: "Will you withhold yourself because of your past that you are so hurt?" I say "No" If I have treated someone good in the past, then I will treat you even better now, and even better in the future. I have no reason to behold myself. My beloved one, you are the one which I would want to share my whole self. Together, we shall explore our lives. =)

| Since 20 Mar 2007, I have not written anything. Not on Blog, not on paper, not on anything. It's like I cannot write anymore. Where have I been during these mysterious days? It's a long story. One thing I could tell, I have reborn. If you have read till 20 Mar 2007, that's what Andrew was. I have changed. With a lot more experience in life. What has been going on? I met my beloved one, Natalie. She's the one that I have devoted my time in search for love. It's like a miracle to me. I really thanks alot. She shows me what love is. I left Merrill Lynch. It was a hard decision to make. I like the people there. I enjoy the works there. But I have moved on. In search for more challenge. It pays-- both for the good time, and now, I pay - for the bad time. I am now a Equity Derivative Sales. huh? Yes. Eating shxt now. But I don't regret it. | | |
